Broken promises The sea remembers what hearts forget, It hums my name in tides of regret. But through the foam and stormy plea, Your voice, sweet Cupcake, reaches me. The breeze caresses my lonely soul, Its scent entwined where the sea winds roll. It weaves soft sighs in the moonlit sand, A playful touch from your loving hand. see the sea dancing deep within, Blowing bubbles in each rising spin. It spills its tears and brings me pearls, A universe born in foamy swirls— Of love and verses, trials untamed, Of broken chains and silence named. The waves begin to dance a song, The ocean sighs, it’s waited long. Like little bells of love they chime, Yet bring back flames from hurtful times. The sea then weaves a secret thread, A tender echo strokes my head. A whisper speaks of love once sworn, Now breaking in the winds, forlorn.
